It is well-known that times of hardship, such as world wars, bring about numerous new inventions, technology, and scientific advancement. And so, it comes as no surprise that the Coronavirus Pandemic contributed largely to the hospitality industry almost reinventing itself. For example, aparthotels have become the new norm to overcome social restrictions that come with the Coronavirus Pandemic.
We all understand the last two years have been extremely difficult for the hospitality industry, but in light of the difficulties, we are excited more than ever for the rebound.

The hybrid aparthotel (also referred to as an apartelle, extended-stay hotel, residential hotel, or serviced apartment hotel) concept combines the best parts of a hotel design and experience with a luxury apartment.
Aparthotels are expertly outfitted with a generous kitchen and living area to create an ambiance of a home away from home. Other features include a bathroom ensuite, elevated levels of security, and parking. Services such as a dedicated 24/7 Guest Services team and a housekeeping service make for a super comfortable stay. Thus, an attractive option to a wide range of travelers, from business to leisure, groups, and events, as well as short, mid, and long-term stays!
Despite the luxury trimmings, it may also work out less expensive than traditional luxury hotel accommodation. For example, expensive hotel food and beverage offerings are eliminated because aparthotels not only come with fully equipped kitchens but also free WIFI.
Aparthotels, despite its rapid growth in popularity even before the pandemic, only represented 3% of the total hospitality accommodation market as of April 2021. (Source: Lambert Smith Hampton). However, that’s all changing at a fast pace. Social distancing is only one of the many reasons.
We’re featuring two aparthotels, in Scotland and Poland respectively. However, there are plenty to find when you click on the below links.
