Asia

Plan your trip to Asia

Asia stretches from the mountains around the Black Sea in the west to the snowfields of Siberia in the east. Its largest lake is Caspian Sea, surrounded by several Central Asian nations. The continent is known for the world's highest mountain peak, Mount Everest at 8,848 m (29,028 ft) above sea level. Mount Everest lies along the border of Tibet and Nepal. Asia's longest river is the Yangtze, all the way from the high Tibetan Plateau to Shanghai.
