Chocolate Cream Liqueur - Recipe

Delicious Chocolate Cream Liqueur is the perfect home-made gift.  You can impress your friends and family, by making this in stead of eggnog this Christmas.

Recipe for home made chocolate cream liqueur

I got this recipe from a friend of mine living in South Africa.


  • 1 tin of condensed milk
  • 250 ml fresh cream
  • 250 ml brandy
  • 12.5 ml of vanilla essence
  • 20 ml cocoa powder (mixed with a little bit of boiling water)

How to make the liqueur:

  • Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk well.
  • Pour into a clean sterilized bottle.
  • Seal the bottle and refrigerate until needed.
  • Shake well before use.
