Lately, I look at fruit and vegetables with brand new eyes and a completely new way of thinking. The “Juice It!” concept inspired me to buy a juicer with a magical pulp action. Super impressive and so is our feature recipe.
I first drank this refreshing immune-boosting juice at a juice bar in Szeged, Hungary. And I’ve been back for many more. In fact, I would pop in and even order a takeaway while I run around in the summer heat between language class and home, and whatever comes in between.
The first time I tasted this freshly made juice, I immediately wanted more. It’s super tasty. I’ve put together the recipe from many attempts trying to perfect it to the original taste. And so I’ve also discovered that if you don’t like the taste of ginger, you can simply reduce the quantity and perhaps add a bit more of one of the other ingredients you do like! A very flexible recipe!
