Tulbagh, nestled between beautiful mountains, makes for a spectacular view in both summer and winter.

The beautiful town of Tulbagh is nestled between magnificent mountains and in a beautiful valley.  As you enter the valley it is literally a jaw-dropping sight both in summer and also in winter when the mountains is snow-capped.

Centrally located, from here to explore more of the Western Cape villages like Montague and Ceres as well as the Swartland area.  This little gem of the Western Cape, almost hidden away in a “bowl”-like valley between the beautiful mountains is a terrific spot to explore in the Cape.

After a devastating earthquake in 1969 the town was restored and there are still eager locals that will love to tell you the story and history of their beautiful little town.
